We are locally-owned, Auto Tags and Titles and we are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team!
Job Duties will include:
* Providing friendly face-to-face customer service
* Greeting customers, assisting with forms and directing customer flow to other processing agents.
* Drop off and pickup with contracted dealerships, driving for out-of-office errands as needed (in company vehicle).
* Issuing Driver’s Licenses, ID cards, and Instructional Permits.
* Assessing legal documents, then issuing vehicle titles and/or registration.
* Answering phone calls, emails, & assisting customers in office.
* Operating the DMV's system, digital camera & printer equipment via computer.
* *Multi-tasking* independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.
* Performing cash handling duties, including computing and collecting fees and reconciling daily batch work at the end of day.
We are looking for someone who has:
* *Office/typing experience*
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work well under pressure
* A positive attitude!
* Availabily to work overtime if the work load dictates.
* A valid Alaskan Driver’s license

* The job is full-time with 40 hours available per week.
The starting pay is $18.
00 per hour, with pay increasing after completion of all DMV training.
