Responsibilities
Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.
)
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Make policy changes, Update customer information, and Take premium payments from customers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
Must currently possess an Alaska Property and Casualty License.
Must have property and casualty insurance experience
Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc
Basic computer software knowledge
Great Written/Verbal communication skills
Professional office and phone etiquette
May be required to pass a criminal background check in regard to fraud, financials, and identity theft convictions
must have a kick-ass positive attitude and be a great team player
