I am a 44 year old single male with a dog and I am looking for options.
I am currently living in my motorhome.
I don't have to live here but I needed to make some sacrifices to save my business that have resulted in my current living situation.
I'm responsible, clean and respectful.
I'm versatile, a variety of scenarios would suit me .
-If you have land or a lot that is close to town or in town that you would be willing to rent it must be able to be secured while I am at work like a fence or an alligator filled moat ya know that kind of thing.
-If you have land or a lot that is close to town or in town that you would like secured from homeless folks, vandals, drug dealers, squatters, general trespassers ECT.
I'm ex-military and very familiar with providing security in any location.
I come with my own security cameras and a guard dog.
-If you are a home owner looking to rent out half of your house like upstairs/downstairs/ above the garage/mother in laws house ECT.
I can pay rent.
Like I said I own a business in Anchorage.
I'm an arborist/Gardner/amateur horticulturist among many other hats I wear.
I prefer to pay my rent a year at a time because my work is seasonal and lean times hit in the winter.
I don't want to be confronted with a situation where I am not able to pay my rent.
My budget is between $6,000 and $7,000 a year.

- Ancillary perks include on-site handyman, reduced cost or free tree work, I'm a welder and have all of the equipment to fabricate, On-site security, and mechanic.
In the winter time I operate a free tow service for people who get stuck in the snow.
I also do free snow removal for handicapped, disabled, elderly, or veterans.
And if you're a disabled veteran I pay you lol.

My needs are as such.
If I rent a house from you I will sell the motorhome.
If I rent or trade for a piece of property or lot to stay on with my motorhome please keep in mind that I have a shop full of mechanic and welding tools.
If there is no storage on site I have a 10x12-ft wall tent that I use for my shop.
I'm also a gold miner and I have two four wheelers and two trailers I will also need space for.
If need be in an urban setting I can sell one of the trailers and probably one of the four wheelers to reduce my footprint.
I have many potted plants and trees and shrubs that I need for my business that take up some additional room.
Besides my pickup truck and a 25-foot motorhome that's about it.
I was priced out of the housing market and with the market the way it is right now in Anchorage it's extremely expensive to rent if you can find a rental.
I am determined to stay in this area and continue serving my clients.
I work hard, I sleep hard, I earn my way all the way and I hope to meet the love of my life one day and have a family of my own.
I'm a simple man that does not party and I can count all of my friends on one hand (meaning I don't have allot of guests).
