I’m an independent professional (in business in AK for the past 12+ years) seeking a single office in Anchorage.
Minimum Requirements:
— Safe and secure building/office.
— Clean with up-to-date carpet/paint.
— Comfortable, private, and quiet.
— 120 SF (or larger).
— Window(s).
— Off-street parking.
— Internet capable.
— Furnished or furnished.
— Shared bathroom access.
— Basic utilities included.
My business does not host clients, so this will be a work space only for myself.
I do not require reception, conference, or kitchen areas, though these benefits and others that improve quality of work life are welcome.
My preference is a completely independent office; however, I will consider sub-leasing an office in an existing business or collaborating with other professionals, as long as the available office meets the requirements above.
Creative suggestions are welcome.

My preference is to set myself up and stay a while, so it is essential that my minimum requirements are met.
Since 2011, I’ve had two offices (sub-leased), one in midtown (2011-2017) and one downtown (2017-2021).
Since the height of the C-19 pandemic, I have worked remotely.
