06 Jeep Grand Cherokee PARTS (Wasilla)

I have a 2006 jeep Cherokee for parts.
It’s been parked behind my house for over 8yrs.
It does run and drive, has a good running 4.
7 V8 and good transmission but the sunroof was damaged by ice and snow sliding off the roof a few years back.
I covered it with wood but water has damaged the interior badly, it’s full of mold and moss.
I do not have the title, so only can do a bill of sale for parts.
One of the tires is flat, but may just need air and drivers window is off its track and cannot close.
Would like to sell as a whole asking $800
