Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to prospective buyers and sellers
Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and interactions with leads
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process
Provide excellent customer service and support to potential clients throughout the lead qualification process
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments for the sales team as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with leads
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
A genuine interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
