*Your Role:* As a key player in our team, your responsibilities go beyond traditional sales and marketing.
You will actively participate in day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients.
Your efforts will directly impact our new pilots journey, from the first point of contact to their successful enrollment and completion of our programs.
*Key Responsibilities* * *Lead Generation:* Proactively identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, and partnerships.
* *Client Consultation:* Engage with potential clients to understand their aviation aspirations and articulate the benefits of our comprehensive flight training programs.
* *Sales Presentations: *Conduct persuasive presentations to showcase the unique features and advantages of our private through professional pilot programs.
* *Customized Program Recommendations: *Tailor recommendations based on individual client needs, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our training offerings.
* *Contract Management: *Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring seamless completion of contracts and necessary documentation.
* *Relationship Building: *Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries to enhance their overall experience with Fly Around Alaska.
* *Collaboration with Flight Instructors:* Work closely with our flight instructors, staying informed about program details to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for potential clients.
* *Marketing Initiatives: *Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the visibility of Fly Around Alaska in the aviation community and attract a broader audience.
* *Social Media Management: *Leverage social media platforms to promote the flight school, share success stories, and engage with the aviation community.
* *Partnerships and Collaborations:* Identify and explore partnership opportunities with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand our reach.
*Skills and Qualifications* * *Sales Acumen:* Demonstrated ability to effectively sell programs, meet sales targets, and convert leads into clients.
