Inside Applications Engineer Job Responsibilities
Engage customers and coordinate with outside sales teammates to identify and fulfill product needs.
Assist in the design and redesign of equipment systems and selections.
Ensure the accurate ordering, shipping, invoicing, and follow-up of products.
Promptly resolve any technical issues or failures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Aim for career growth towards a Territory Manager position, dealing with increasing technical complexity and hands-on troubleshooting in the field.
Qualifications
Engineering or technical degree preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
Excellent negotiating, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong computer abilities and proficiency in relevant software.
Knowledge of industrial fluid handling equipment.
Ability to work independently towards targeted results.
Proven ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
