ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randy Rhodes - State Farm Agent, you will generate leads into clients by providing an exceptional service experience that reinforces the values of the insurance agency.

You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience preferred Confident communicating with clients Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license must obtain within 30 days Career oriented and driven by professional growth.
Spanish preferred but not required.
