Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn.
The candidate must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail and strive to provide great customer service experience.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Answer all customer inquiries quickly and accurately in a positive manner.
* Responsible for answering the phone and assisting front counter customers.
* Research products and prices to best fit customer’s application and requirements.
* Maintain clean organized showroom and replenish stock product as needed.
* Generate quotes, enter orders, contact vendors, update records and track orders as necessary.
* Support Outside Sales and respond in a timely manner with price, availability, product specifications, order status and other information as required.
* Work with others to create a positive team environment.
* Other duties assigned.
*Successful candidate will possess:* * Experience in customer service desired.
* Good basic math skills and communications skills.
* Willing to learn and teach as required to get the job done.
* Must be attentive to detail.
* Completes work assignments in a timely manner.
* Reliable and dependable adherence to work schedule.
* Shift work assignment priorities when needed and as directed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
00 - $28.
