Johnny's Produce, a family-owned small business, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Produce Sales Representative.
As a Produce Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting our high-quality produce.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively sell and promote Johnny's Produce products to existing and potential customers.
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Utilize effective sales techniques, including cold calling, to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
* Enter customer orders accurately into the computer system and ensure timely delivery.
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
* Monitor sales activities, track customer interactions, and maintain sales records.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper inventory levels and timely product delivery.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of produce varieties, quality standards, and market trends is preferred but not required.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.
