Looking For a Room From ca. May-August (Anchorage)

Hello, all! I'm looking for a room or place to rent in Anchorage from approximately May through August.
I am going to be employed in Anchorage during these months.
I'm hoping to find a room below $750/mo including utilities but I am willing to pay more.
A furnished room would be preferable but is not necessary.
A little about me: I am the lone party looking to rent.
I do not smoke or use any substances.
I am clean and trustworthy.
I will probably be gone many weekends to visit home.
I like to hike, camp, kayak, do art, play music, and read.
I have no pets but I do love animals.
I love kids.
