Seeking Month-to-Month Rental in Anchorage for a Responsible professional
Hello Alaskans! I'm Selkirk, currently working on my CFI licensing and in need of a month-to-month rental.
I have all the move-in funds, and rent is not an issue.
I come with one well-behaved Irish Setter named Banjo, who accompanies me everywhere.
He's a good boy, stays in the car when I'm out, and is never left unattended.
I'm a property owner myself with rentals in MT, so I understand what makes a great tenant and promise to be respectful of your space.
I'm a professional, low-key individual who doesn't smoke or party.
Ideally, I'm looking for a rental for $700 with utilities included, and a yard (no fence required) for Banjo to stretch his legs.
I'm open to even a room with shared kitchen or bath.
