Dog foster home needed, or long haul driver

Cami (Chamomile) is one year old spayed female pit bull mix.
She was surrendered to the MatSu shelter when her person moved to the east coast.
He called to check on her and she wasn't doing well and he wants her back.
I picked her up and aimed to reunite them Unfortunately I wasn't able to get through Canada due to driving history.
Owner was also denied transit through Canada for the same reason.
Cami can't fly cargo or checked bag due to her short snout and on the no fly list.
Looking at potential emotional support certification to fly in the cabin.
Owner is looking at cross country pet transportation but that is going to be nearly 10k.
I've asked if she was adopted from a legit breeder, who would typically take her back for rehoming, but she was not so this is not an option either.
Cami is not socializing well with my other dog or 2 cats.
I am willing to help her reunite in March when the ferry in Whittier or Valdez opens, but there are no ferry options until then.
I am unable to keep her for this long due to her engagement manner with my other animals.
I am giving her as much attention as I can but she can't possibly be in a crate for 22 hours a day until March.
Cami will do best as the only animal in the home.
She is a sweet girl that I haven't had any problems with when we are one to one.
She is very smart and very trainable, I am just not able to put my other pets at risk.
We are looking for a foster home until March when the ferry becomes an option again to bypass Canada.
The owner is willing to compensate you to foster.
If you are able to foster but the holiday is complicating the issue, I can take over again over the holiday.
If you are interested in a road trip (via Haines ferry or through British Columbia), owner could meet you in Seattle, or you could be compensated more if you want to drive to Connecticut.
We are open to any options, there just feels like few options.
I want to avoid bringing her back to the shelter at all costs.
