Found: Young Black Shepard Mix Friday March 22 (Arctic)

Found a young puppy, black with white paws and pale golden eyes on the side of the road on Arctic this morning.
Very sweet and trusting, and very stressed out.
I couldn't take them into the shelter because I was in a company car but I was able to pass them off to a kind stranger at the Anchorage Moose Lodge who said they would take him.
Hopefully they made it there, if you see this--- probably a good idea to get him a collar with your contact information on it.
