Looking for a small cabin or house to rent! (Wasilla)

Hi there! Looking for a cabin or house to rent, just my dog and myself.
I’m a hunting guide most the year and pretty easy going, looking for anywhere on the peninsula or even north Palmer area something outside of town.
I have good credit, references and cash available now! Seems like most the rentals are seasonal, I would prefer something 6-12 month.
