*Employee Drivers & Helpers – Appliance Delivery* *THL Select – Anchorage, AK* THL Select, LLC is recruiting drivers & helpers to work, as a team, running routes, delivering and setting up appliances and furniture in customer's homes.
*Job Summary:* We are seeking qualified candidates who will make deliveries to local neighborhoods with a focus on timeliness.
The driver and helper will off-load materials at each stop, deliver and install products in the customer's home.
*Responsibilities & Duties:* * Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Must be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines.
* Valid State Required Driver’s License to operate a vehicle between 16,000 and 26,000 lbs.
(Driver's Only) * Must be able to pass background check and DOT drug screening.
* Complete daily truck safety check list.
* Deliver product to customers on daily routes as assigned.
* Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
*Qualifications:* * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no CDL required) – Drivers only * Drivers must be 21 years of age.
* Helpers must be 18 years of age.
* Current DOT Med Card required for drivers.
* Must have reliable transportation to / from work.
(own vehicle preferred) * Ability to lift 100 lbs.

*Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience safely operating a forklift, clamp trucks, hand trucks, dollies and other loading and moving equipment used in warehouse operations * Strong organizational skills * It is EXTREMELY important to us that our delivery drivers have a helpful and cheerful attitude as they represent the Company when making deliveries.
* Experience with in-home delivery and/or are mechanically inclined.
Pay Frequency: Semi monthly Experience: * Commercial driving: minimum 6 months, 1 year (preferred) * Delivery Driver: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: * Driver’s License (Required) * Current DOT Med Card (Required for drivers) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130.
