Crew Cut Lawns is looking to fill 2 of our sub contractor snow plowing positions with combined hand shoveling (we work when it snows).
You must have your own plow truck, shovels, and pay for you own gas, with current vehicle insurance (you will be a sub contractor).
We can provide the plow truck and equipment for you if you do not have it, and give training on what to plow and how to plow it at a reduced pay rate (see below).
Upon hiring you will received a 1-2 hour orientation training going over all the aspects of the job, giving you everything you need to go out when its time and plow our properties as a sub contractor using your own equipment, comfortably and confidently.
When the snow has fallen at least 2" and it is time to work, you will be required to show up.
We have day time shifts and night time shifts.
Each shift is approximately 8-10 hours with some extreme situations totaling 12-16 hours.
The pay is $60-$80/hr D.

The requirements are;
\*18 or older
\*Must have a driver's license
\*Must be comfortable and fluent with driving in Anchorage
\*Be willing to work a minimum of 6-8 hours
\*You must be able to hand shovel (walkways, porches, etc.
) as this is a snow plowing position with combined hand shoveling.
\* Your own reliable plow truck and shovel
\* Show proof of current vehicle insurance
