Operations Manager:
American Mini Storage employees are responsible for how customers perceive the value of service that we provide.
Employees should strive to make every aspect of customer interactions with our staff and our facilities as positive as possible.
This position includes performance pay in addition to hourly wage, paid bi weekly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*This position requires the ability to use multiple computer systems (local and web based platforms)
*Be able to operate a Plow truck, powered hand tools, ect.
* Assisting customers in all aspects of renting a storage unit, for example: complete new contracts, take payments, and complete move outs.
* Inspecting and cleaning facilities, for example: check locks nightly, clean units at move out, inventory control, clean common areas inside and out.
* Performing routine maintenance, for example: lubricate doors, change hasps, clean and fix gutters, adjust doors, replace motion sensors.
* Contacting customers to correct any issues that might arise, for example: 2 owner locks on a unit, locked open units, storing prohibited items or any other breach(s) of their contract or facility rules.
* Making collection calls for declined auto pays, late payments, and auction notices.
* Timely documenting all interactions with customers.
* Reviewing camera footage and access logs
* Completing other tasks as assigned by a supervisor

* Basic tools, cordless drill/driver, cordless grinder
*Operate a plow truck and snowblower
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.
00 - $28.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
