Antique German Pastry Butter or Chocolate Molds and Stamp - $98 (Chugiak Peters Creek)

Some great antique molds with lots of character! One I think is a butter mold.
The brass flower mold seats in each other and could be for making chocolates or pastries.
The roller with decorative wheel maybe for pastry.
Not sure on block stamp has brass decorative figures with pins could be for pastry.
